Every visitor will receive a complimentary First Home Buyers Checklist within the official Show Guide upon entry. Prepared by Government experts, the Checklist provides independent and unbiased advice, and is designed to ensure that you know your rights when buying or building a home, including special environmental tips to consider.

The Property Investor Zone is dedicated to educating property investors of all levels including some of the latest investment properties for sale with loads of experts on hand to provide independent advice. Plus don't miss the free educational seminars for investors on the Main stage and in the Lounge with the Experts. 

New Development Map

Make sure you check out our New Development Map which pinpoints the locations of all the new developments across greater Melbourne. The feature map is located directly opposite the Information Desk and details where all the latest apartments, house & land developments and land estates are located with the option to submit an enquiry form.
