Margaret Lomas is the best-selling author of 6 Property Investment books, including titles such as ‘How to Create an Income for Life’ and ‘The Truth about Positive Cash Flow Property’. She has recently written a new book entitled, ‘20 Must Ask Questions® for Every Property Investor’ which was released in April 2008 and is Wiley Australia’s top-selling trade title since its release.
In addition to being the Founder and Director of Destiny Financial Solutions, Margaret is the new chair of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). The PIPA’s mission is to create standards, accreditation and training for property investment advisers and property professionals. Margaret is also the winner of the 2006 Telstra NSW Business Women of the Year and 2006 Westpac Business Owner of Year. Her national company also won the 2007 Australian Business Award for Best Value.
Margaret is a qualified financial adviser and investment property adviser; she is Senior Associate with FINSIA – the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and presents regular seminars around Australia to new and experienced property investors. Margaret is also the Monday night property host of a new show called ‘Money Makers’ which is aired on SkyBusiness Channel 602.
She has regular appearances on the Channel 9’s ‘Today Show’ and SkyBusiness Channel’s ‘Your Money, Your Call’ program as a Property Investment expert. Chris Gray – Australia’s most recognised property expert
Chris Gray is property host on Sky News Business Channel on Friday nights, was property expert on Channel Nine’s My Home TV, and provides opinion and commentary regularly in national media.
Chris is a qualified chartered accountant, buyers’ agent, mortgage broker and an investor since age 22. He is CEO of property portfolio company Empire, which searches, negotiates and renovates properties on behalf of time-poor professionals.
